Nakanoshima Park is Osaka's very first park and has over a hundred years of history. The rose garden inside is its most distinctive feature.

Yanagawa Tachibana-tei Ohana
The city of Yanagawa sits in the southern area of Fukuoka Prefecture. The land was ruled by the Tachibana family since Muneshige Tachibana moved into the castle in 1587, as appointed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. In the mid-Edo period, Ohana was added as a private residence by the 5th generation feudal lord, Sadayoshi Tachibana.
The Tachibana family of Yanagawa played an important role in Japanese history. Their stories and cultural heritage are truly impressive and admirable.

Tokugawaen
This Japanese garden was established in the ruins that used to be called “Ōzone Yashiki ” for Tokugawa Mitsutomo (1625-1700), the second lord of the Owari branch of the Tokugawa clan, to spend his retired life in 1695. The ground is said to have about 44 ha.
Tokugawaen is also a famous spot for viewing wisteria flowers.

Nokogiri-Yama Nihonji Temple
This temple was established about 1300 years ago by a Buddhist priest, Gyoki (668-749). People call this temple from this origin “The Kanto region’s oldest Chokugansho”.
The whole mountain looks like it was sliced by a giant blade. Standing on the observation deck at the top is pretty intimidating. The Japanese even call it the 'Hell's Viewpoint.'
