This bridge was built without railings to prevent flood damage. When the water rises, the bridge just sinks under the river. It's a really unique design!

Atera Valley
A valley formed along the Atera River, which rises from Mt. Sunagoya in southwestern Nagano Prefecture. The crystal-clear stream, stretching Approx. 15 km in total, is known for its outstanding transparency. Combined with the sunlight filtering through the surrounding trees, it creates the stunning emerald-green scenery known as “Atera Blue.” The water is so clear that even deep spots can look shallow, and many visitors come from outside the prefecture to see this remarkable view.
It’s nice and cool here in summer. You can play in the water, have a picnic, and every photo comes out looking great. The area is fairly clean and the vibe is really relaxing. Getting here is a bit inconvenient, but it’s definitely worth making the trip!

Mt. Takao Chair lift
The Mt. Takao Sightseeing Lift is a two-seater tourist lift that connects the foothill station (elevation 201m) and the mountaintop station (elevation 462m) near the Keio Mt. Takao Station (elevation 191m). It spans approximately 872m and takes about 12 minutes one way. It runs parallel to the Natural Science Research Route No. 1, making it a convenient option for one-way trips.
The chair lift hangs from the cable and slowly rises up, making you feel like you're flying through the air. It's a really fun experience.

A must-visit park in Osaka! I bought all kinds of Harry Potter stuff and the rides were super fun.
