This is one of Japan's three major Kannon temples. The famous shopping street is right nearby. The temple also houses a large collection of old books, and it's known for having one of Japan's top three Buddhist scripture collections.

Marugame Uchiwa Museum
A comprehensive fan museum where you can discover the charm of Marugame uchiwa, a nationally designated traditional craft of Japan. In March 2023, the Uchiwa no Minato Museum, formerly located in Minatomachi, Marugame City, relocated to the north side of Nakazu Banshoen Garden and reopened under its new name, Marugame Uchiwa Museum.
The biggest highlight is the DIY experience. Decorating your own fan is pretty fun, and it's great for couples or families with kids. You can also take it home as a souvenir after you're done.

Universal Studios Japan
Universal Studios Japan, nicknamed “USJ”, is a large-scale theme park with entertainment for everyone, both children and adults alike. The park is separated into different areas, each with a different theme from popular titles across the world.
The little shops in the mall near the park are super convenient.
You can grab food, drinks, and pick up souvenirs all in one place.
After you’re done at Universal, it’s fun to walk around there again.
The overall vibe is nice, and it’s a pretty good spot to sit down, relax, and have a meal. -

Kashikojima
Kashikojima, where the Ise-Shima Summit was held in 2016, is an island floating in Ago Bay in the southern Shima Peninsula, with the unique location of being just Approx. 10 m from the mainland of Honshu. It is also widely known for having Kashikojima Station, the terminal station of the Kintetsu Shima Line. Beloved as one of Japan’s leading resort destinations for its calm sea views, this compact island of Approx. 0.68 sq km is dotted with a variety of leisure facilities.
The whole place has a super slow, relaxing pace. It doesn’t feel like one of those islands packed with tourists. Instead, it has this quiet, upscale resort vibe.
It’s surrounded by bays and tiny islands, and taking a sightseeing boat feels incredibly soothing. The water is so calm, and it’s super photogenic.
