The quality of the Japanese black beef is amazing! It goes perfectly with the green onions and kimchi.

Sugoi Niboshi Ramen Nagi Shinjuku Golden Gai Main Shop
Just beyond the entrance to Shinjuku Golden Gai is Nagi, a ramen shop specializing in niboshi dried sardines. Its two main dishes are Sugoi Niboshi Ramen and Sugoi Tsukemomen. The highlight is undoubtedly the soup. This intensely rich, soy sauce-based broth is made with an original blend of more than 20 carefully selected varieties of dried sardines from across Japan, with over 70 grams used in each bowl. With the first sip, the aroma of dried sardines fills your mouth. The flavor is strong yet irresistible, making it hard to stop drinking.
The noodles are nice and chewy, and the broth is rich. Great value for the price!
