The exterior is stunning and full of Japanese character. Inside, the theater is beautifully decorated and has an elegant atmosphere. It really feels like stepping back in time.

Fruttier
A fruit parlor just steps from JR Tendo Station. It opened as a project that blends fruit and sweets to share the wonderful appeal of fruit. At the in-house fruit bar, the shop’s handmade parfaits-beautiful to look at and outstanding in taste-are a big hit. Because these parfaits are made by a fruit shop (not a typical dessert shop), you’ll find a surprising variety you won’t see elsewhere.
The fruit was super fresh, and the sweetness was just right—not too heavy! It tasted really light and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Mt. Hakodate Ropeway
The “Hakodate Ropeway” boasts a 125-seat giant gondola built with domestic and international technology and craftsmanship. It connects the base and summit of Mt. Hakodate at a speed of 7m/s, only a 3 minute ride to the summit. The current gondola is in its 5th generation. Originally it seated 30 seats, but became the way it is now after various refurbishments.
During peak hours for night views, the ropeway can get super crowded. I recommend arriving early to buy your tickets.

Izumo Taisha
Izumo Taisha is one of the most revered, ancient shrines in Japan, along with Ise jingu Shrine. Its records go as far back as writings from the Kojiki, Japan’ oldest historical account compiled in 712. The deity enshrined here is Okuninushi no Okami, who is known as the deity of love and marriage.。
Many people visit Izumo Taisha to pray for good relationships and happiness, wishing for peace and happiness for themselves, their family, and friends.
