Inside you’ll find a full line up of specialty items only found in a butcher shop, like the 12-month aged, Gunma-brand pork “Jamon Minakami”, house-made “ham sausages” made from a blend of fresh, select domestic pork and beef, or the coveted Masuda wagyu steaks. With thick-cut “katsudon” pork cutlet rice bowls, block-roasted pork and more, there are plenty of dishes to make you wonder how they pack each plate at such low prices, and keep coming back for more.
