sio
An imaginative, revolutiotionary restaurant that serves cuisine embodying the spirit of “Deliciousness” by using the finest ingredients.
Yoyogi Uehara has plenty of high-quality restaurants for food goers searching for the “real deal”. Of all the restaurants, “sio” is a must visit that serves not only deliciousness but beyond that; an emotional experience that uses the finest ingredients. Cuisines are outside the box with plenty of imagination, conceptualized by owner chef Shusaku Toba. Chef’s Course available only during Lunch and Dinner, which means menus are changed daily. A new, fresh cuisine experience enriches both our sight and taste via different approaches, and it is also great that staff members will suggest drink pairings.
Food is not the center of attention. This restaurant is revolutionary in how they embody the craftsmanship and care of professionals such as space designers, musicians, and other food craftsmen under one roof.
