Soup Curry TREASURE

"Soup Curry TREASURE" is a sister store of Sapporo's popular soup curry restaurant GARAKU. The white interior of the restaurant is designed in the image of the West Coast of the U.S., and is well known as a place to enjoy Sapporo's soul food, soup curry, in a stylish space.

At TREASURE, A shopkeeper called a soup curry artist shows his skills. He has created a highly original soup using Japanese dashi and shoyu, a secret shoyu made from a combination of eight different types of dried bonito, mackerel, and other fish knots that he carefully selects himself, and his signature mixture of spices based on minced pork.

The teppan hamburger steak is said to be the most popular. This menu item is a hand-kneaded hamburger steak made from Hokkaido beef and Shiretoko's Sachiku Red Pork, grilled on a teppan and added to soup curry. The juicy hamburger steak goes perfectly with the rich yet light curry. The accompanying vegetables are just right for a chopstick rest.
