The course meals focus on local ingredients, including high-quality seafood from Mikawa Bay and organic vegetables delivered from farms on the Chita Peninsula. These playful original creations add a French touch to Nagoya specialties. Vegan dishes are also available to suit a variety of lifestyles.
For lunch, the weekday-only “Scenery” course includes five dishes and a café drink. There is also a wide selection of prestigious wines from around the world, and pairing sets to match the food are available. For dinner, choose between two courses: “NATURE,” featuring seven thoughtfully crafted dishes, and “GASTRONOMY,” with nine dishes.
