Kishimen Saryo Ishikon is run by Aji no Takumi Ishikon, a long-established kombu specialty store with more than 100 years of history. It is a place where you can enjoy carefully crafted kishimen (Kishimen noodles) made with exceptional dashi. The broth is generously prepared with ingredients such as natural makombu kelp from Hokkaido and Nagoya Cochin, Aichi’s signature chicken breed. The noodles are original noodles made with wheat from Aichi.

The menu centers on kishimen. Each serving comes with seasonal rice, the day’s special side dish, and tororo kombu from Hokkaido. One of the most popular choices is the Nagoya Cochin Oyako Tsukimi, which lets you enjoy the rich flavor of Nagoya Cochin. Other options include the cold Korokishimen and seasonal kishimen dishes. There is also a wide selection of side dishes, including the signature Umya Teba (4 pieces) and Beef Tendon Doteni with Hatcho Miso. You can also pair them with local sake.

The interior uses traditional crafts and materials from Aichi Prefecture. With table seating, counter seating, and generously spaced seats, the restaurant offers a calm, relaxing space to enjoy your meal.
