Located in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, known as a city of udon, Myoto Udon opened in 2020. It is a handmade udon restaurant and a member of the Kazo Handmade Udon Association. It uses 100% Ayahikari local wheat flour from Kazo. The noodles are known for their smooth texture and pleasantly chewy bite.

The signature dish is “Meat Dipping Udon Mori.” This bowl is packed with the rich flavor of meat, green onions, and dashi. The sweet and richly flavored “Curry Udon,” carefully simmered with apples and onions, is also popular. “Kiwami Meat Udon,” which has earned high praise from meat-udon lovers, is another option. One of the charms of this place is being able to enjoy a different udon dish every time you visit.

The interior stands out for its Japanese-style design and the warmth of wood. There are 33 seats in total, including counter seats and sunken kotatsu-style tatami seating. There is also parking for 20 cars, making it easy to visit by car. Whether you are dining alone or with a group, you can take your time and enjoy the udon.
