Last update :

This large shopping complex is directly connected to JR Himeji Station. It is made up of five sections: Piole 1, Piole 2, Piole 3, the Omiyage-kan, and the Gochiso-kan. Approx. 200 shops cover a wide range of categories, from popular fashion brands to interior goods, beauty, outdoor gear, miscellaneous goods, and cafe restaurants.

At the Omiyage-kan, you’ll find a wide selection of souvenirs, including local sweets such as shiomanju and Banshu specialties. You can also enjoy local flavors unique to Himeji, such as the city’s famous ekisoba and rich, soft-textured tamagoyaki.

In addition, markets and events are held regularly in cooperation with local businesses and fisheries cooperatives at permanent event spaces such as Piole Lab and Piole Lab Garden, located in the station plaza on the west side of the north exit of JR Himeji Station.
