This place serves really unique local dishes. The staff in the kitchen grab a bunch of straw and set it on fire, sealing in all the juices with a burst of flames. The meat stays juicy, not dry at all, and the smoky aroma after grilling is mouthwatering.

I've had a lot of grilled chicken before, but never one cooked with straw. It tasted really unique! 👍
