If you love ramen, you have to try their signature grilled flying fish ramen in person. The flavor is fantastic!

I tried it and the flavor was really good! I only realized it was a famous spot after reading about it. 😁

The broth is super rich, and the noodles have great texture—not too soft. The best part is adding Koshihikari rice at the end to make ochazuke. It's amazing!
