You have to take off your shoes and walk around barefoot everywhere.
Some areas are filled with water and you can tell a lot of feet have been through there.
There was a bad smell and it felt really uncomfortable, honestly didn’t feel very hygienic.

Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale
In the green, lush countryside of Echigo-Tsumari, Niigata prefecture is a modern art exhibit held throughout the year. The “Art Triennial” held every 3 years features permanent exhibits as well as new pieces, alongside various performances and workshops.
The way the artworks blend into the countryside feels so Japanese and really charming.
It’s not your usual “just stroll around and look” kind of exhibition.
Be prepared to actually use some energy here! -
Isetan Shinjuku
The main branch “Shinjuku Isetan”, designated a historical landmark of Tokyo, is an old department store made up of several buildings, such as one mainly specializing in men’s items, and the Isetan Kaikan that mostly comprises restaurants and cafés.
This is a huge department store—you could spend all day here and still not see everything. The floors are clearly organized, and there’s a separate building just for men’s items. The selection of suits is amazing.
