The coffee and desserts are solid but nothing mind-blowing. The view definitely makes it feel a lot better, though.
If you’re nearby or just want a cafe with a nice view, it’s a decent place to sit for a bit.

Tokyo Metro Museum
This metro museum was opened in 1986. It is located underneath the elevated area of the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line’s Kasai Station. Admission tickets are purchased at a ticket machine like that which sells train tickets, and the entrance is designed to look like a ticket gate.
The driving simulator area is a big hit with kids. Adults can check out the history exhibits while the little ones enjoy the interactive stuff. There's something for everyone here.

Itadaki no Mori (The Summit Forest)
Located in Shinhotaka Onsen in the Okuhida Onsenkyo area of Takayama City, this ropeway offers a spectacular journey through the skies. From Shinhotaka Onsen Station to Nishihotakaguchi Station, visitors transfer between the First and Second Ropeways to enjoy a 3,200-meter ride with breathtaking alpine views.
It's really peaceful and relaxing here. Lots of greenery and the air feels fresh. As soon as you walk in, you just feel your mood slow down.
It's not crowded with tourists, so it's more of a nature spot. Perfect for a stroll or snapping some forest-style photos. There aren't many man-made facilities, but that's actually what makes it so comfortable. If you want to get away from the noise and just enjoy a quiet walk, this place is pretty great. -
Onogame
Rising at the northern tip of Sado Island, Onogame is a massive 167-meter-tall monolith that seems to jut out toward the sea. Its majestic form is said to resemble a turtle crossing the ocean, and it is known as a spectacular scenic spot that earned two stars in the Michelin Green Guide Japon. In early summer, the area around the rock is colored by a vast colony of Approx. 500,000 Tobishima daylily plants, totaling 1 million blooms.
Even from far away, it looks like a giant turtle resting by the sea, which makes it super distinctive. The blue ocean with the turtle-shaped rock looks so dramatic in photos.
In May and June, the hills are also covered with blooming golden flowers every year. The golden flower fields with the sea and the giant rock are absolutely stunning.
You do have to walk a bit, but it’s really pleasant with the scenery along the way. Definitely worth seeing in person to experience the power of nature.
