They use seafood as a creative base and combine it with udon noodles to make unique dishes. Everything is cooked to order with fresh ingredients, and there are lots of side dishes and desserts to choose from. The flavors are unforgettable—so fresh and delicious that I can't stop thinking about it.

Tendon Ramen Hageten Ginza Branch
This restaurant features a collaboration between “Ginza Hageten,” the long-established tempura restaurant, and “Ippudo,” the famous ramen restaurant from Fukuoka. The “Tendon and Ramen” is the basic menu item, but you can order them separately or choose from many other options.
Even though "tempura and ramen" is the main combo, you can pick just one or choose from lots of options.
The tempura rice bowl is loaded with seasonal ingredients, lightly battered and fried, then topped with a sweet sauce—absolutely amazing.
The ramen uses super thin noodles and the broth is a Japanese-style tonkotsu with sesame and fish powder mixed in.

This restaurant offers “supreme yakiniku” as the excess water has been drawn out of the meat through dry-aging, resulting a condensed, rich flavor.
This is a top-notch yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meat while taking in the Tokyo night view.
Tasting great food with a beautiful view and elegant music—this is truly the best of the best in life. -
Tim Ho Wan Hibiya
Tim Ho Wan is a dim sum specialty store that was established in Hong Kong by Chef Mak Kwai Pui, who worked in Lung King Heen (the Cantonese restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong that has been awarded three Michelin stars for four consecutive years), along with his partner Chef Leung Fai Keung, on the basis of providing amazing food on a casual everyday basis.
Affordable eats! It's such a treat to enjoy dishes made by a Michelin-starred chef at such a low price.
The signature dish is the baked BBQ pork bun, with a crispy crust and sweet BBQ pork filling inside.
As someone with a sweet tooth, I totally fell in love with it and can't get enough! ❤️
