Amanohashidate has magnificent scenery and is known as one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views. Taking in the view from above, or looking at the “Flying Dragon View” upside down, each offers something special. Together with the pine trees and ocean views, it leaves a lasting impression.

Ichikami
This preventative haircare series not only helps to repair damage, but it even helps to strengthen hair to prevent future damage using the power of “pure Japanese herb premium extract,” an ingredient unique to “Ichikami” products.
This was my first time using ICHIKAMI hair care products, and the overall experience was very pleasant. There was a light botanical scent while shampooing. It smelled natural and wasn't too strong, and my hair felt fresh and soft afterward. Once dry, my hair felt smoother and didn't feel dry or tangled. What I liked most was the fresh, pleasant scent, which lingered lightly after washing.

LeTAO's Fromage Double
The flagship sweet of the popular confectionery store "Otaru Western Confectionery Shop LeTAO" located in Otaru, Hokkaido. It is nationally famous as the "ultimate cheesecake," combining LeTAO's special whipped cream made from Hokkaido milk, Australian cream cheese, and Italian mascarpone cheese.
When visiting Hokkaido, you have to try LeTAO's Double Fromage cheesecake, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The cake is incredibly soft and delicate from the first bite, with a rich cheese aroma and smooth, creamy texture. It's sweet without being too heavy. The two cheese layers have different flavors and textures, and they slowly melt in your mouth. It really feels blissful. Pairing it with a cup of coffee brings out the cheesecake's aroma even more. I was very satisfied to try this popular dessert during my trip to Hokkaido, and it made my visit to Otaru an even sweeter memory!

Kitakaro “Yōsei no Mori”
A masterpiece from a renowned confectioner in Sunagawa, Hokkaido, a region blessed with rich natural surroundings. Each Baumkuchen is baked with meticulous care by skilled pastry chefs, layer by layer, producing an exquisitely moist and luxurious texture.
Kitakaro's “Yōsei no Mori” has a really unique texture! The outside of the cake has a light buttery aroma, and when you cut into it, the layers are very delicate. It's soft and moist, with a rich milky flavor and a hint of sweetness in every bite. It doesn't feel too heavy at all, and it's just right with a cup of hot tea. I originally tried it simply out of curiosity, but I liked it more and more with every bite. I'll definitely come back to buy it again!
