This is a great place to slow down and enjoy the ocean view. The beach faces the Seto Inland Sea and offers a very open view. On clear days, you can see the sea and the surrounding islands in the distance. I especially recommend coming before evening. As the sun slowly sets, the sky and water are bathed in warm colors, creating a very romantic atmosphere. Sitting by the sea, feeling the breeze, and quietly watching the sunset is also a relaxing and soothing moment during a trip to the Seto Inland Sea.

Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum
A dome-shaped museum located on the low hill near the center of the explosion displaying 1500 preserved documents and personal mementos. You can get an easy understanding of atomic bombs with a design of exhibitions performing a plot with wishes for peace and also describing the devastating terrors of an atomic bomb and the history of nuclear weapons.
館內透過照片、遺物、模型及倖存者證言，呈現原爆發生前後的長崎，以及當時人們所經歷的傷害。實際參觀後，心情難免沉重，尤其看到那些原本有著平凡生活的人們受到原爆的傷害，更讓人感受到歷史並不是遙遠的故事，警惕著世人和平的重要性。

Nagasaki Peace Park
A park spreads on the hill in Matsuyama-town, Nagasaki-city. At 11:02 a.m. on August 9, 1945, the bomb was dropped over this park. This park was established in 1951 to learn about the threat of an atomic bomb, to pray for the souls of victims, and to wish for eternal world peace.
公園最醒目的地標就是高達 9.7 公尺的「和平祈念像」，一隻手指向天空象徵原子彈的威脅，另一隻手則向旁伸展，代表和平，如今的公園已成為祈求世界和平的重要場所。參訪時也別忘了到附近的資料館參觀。

Kakifukumaru
Kakifukumaru is a direct off shoot of the popular Ogoe Suisan on Miyajima’s Omotesando Shopping Street. Just a 10-minute stroll from Miyajima Pier, you’ll know you’re at this oyster-haven by the blue curtain and banners and all the freshly harvested oysters waiting inside.
When visiting Miyajima, besides Itsukushima Shrine and Omotesando Shopping Street, oysters are another local specialty you shouldn’t miss. Kakifukumaru specializes in fresh oyster dishes, and you can try oysters prepared in different ways here. The oysters are plump, tender, and juicy, with a rich taste of the sea that immediately gives you a sense of the Seto Inland Sea’s distinctive character. It’s a good place to stop for a meal and recharge.
