This is probably the biggest shopping mall in Takamatsu. It stays open pretty late, which is convenient. There’s a shuttle bus, but the service isn’t super frequent.

Shibamata Haikara Yokocho and Toy Museum
Get off at Keisei Shibamata Station and face the main walk leading to Taishakuten temple to find a building with an extra special flair. This former “dagashi” or retro sweets shop in Katsushika-ku was turned into Shibamata Haikara Yokocho & Toy Museum in 2004, by its owner who specializes in children’s candy and toys.
The place is packed with old toys and vintage posters, giving off major nostalgic vibes. The space isn't very big, but there's something interesting to see in every corner.

Gohan to Watashi Lalaport EXPOCITY
Gohan to Watashi Lalaport EXPOCITY is a set-meal restaurant on the 2nd floor of LaLaport EXPOCITY, where you can choose your favorite main dish and build a set meal to suit your taste.
The atmosphere is really comfortable.
Not too noisy and not too crowded.
The flavors are on the lighter, cleaner side.
If you like strong, bold seasonings, you might find it a bit mild.
But when you’re in the mood for something that feels light and clean, this place is actually just right. -
Meat Yazawa Gotanda Main Branch
A steak and hamburger steak specialist directly run by the meat wholesaler Yazawa Meat. The highlight is its juicy hamburger steak made with top-quality kuroge wagyu, carefully selected from across Japan by expert meat connoisseurs.
Tastes awesome, but honestly it’s not cheap~~~
