Duskin Museum
Produced by Duskin, a comprehensive service company widely known for cleaning product rentals and food services, this museum comprises two thematic spaces: the "Cleaning Pavilion" and the "Mister Donut Museum."
At the DUSKIN MUSEUM, you can actually try making your own donuts! It's a great spot for both adults and kids.

Kumamoto Prefectural Traditional Crafts Center
On the northside of Kumamoto Castle you’ll find a spot sharing all the deep traditions of Kumamoto Prefecture’s historic handicrafts. Through displays of authentic, artisan folkcrafts, shopping experiences and hands-on events, this museum has been keeping the art traditions apart of daily life today since it opened in 1982.
On the first floor, there's a big shop selling traditional crafts. Upstairs, you'll find an exhibition hall with officially designated Kumamoto crafts. Highly recommended!

Kengo Kuma Museum
As the name suggests, this little museum heralds the works of world acclaimed architect Kengo Kuma using panels that detail the 6 different buildings designed by him across the town of Yusuhara.
This Japanese architecture master never fails to amaze me with his designs. He's incredibly dedicated, constantly overseeing projects all over Japan.
