I chose the buffet for dinner, and the ingredients were really fresh and everything tasted great.
I don't come to Hachioji often, but it was more fun than I expected.
Recommended if you're looking for something different from the usual Tokyo spots!

Onogame
Rising at the northern tip of Sado Island, Onogame is a massive 167-meter-tall monolith that seems to jut out toward the sea. Its majestic form is said to resemble a turtle crossing the ocean, and it is known as a spectacular scenic spot that earned two stars in the Michelin Green Guide Japon. In early summer, the area around the rock is colored by a vast colony of Approx. 500,000 Tobishima daylily plants, totaling 1 million blooms.
So impressive! From a distance, it looks like a giant turtle resting by the sea, which makes it really unique.
By the time you get to the viewpoint, the sea breeze feels great and the view is wide open. If you visit in spring or summer, you can also see the hills filled with golden flowers. The whole place feels dreamy, and the photos turn out beautiful. -
Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Fukuoka
A large-scale commercial complex that opened on April 25, 2022 on the site of a former fruit and vegetable market in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. It is the first "LaLaport" in Kyushu and boasts approximately 220 stores, many of which opened for the first time in Kyushu.
This place is huge, with so many brands that you can't possibly see them all in one go. They have everything from fashion and lifestyle goods to a big food court. There are also family-friendly facilities, so it's convenient if you have kids. The space is bright and spacious, with clear layouts. It's perfect for spending half a day or even a whole day shopping at a relaxed pace.

Lake Yamanaka(Yamanaka-ko)
Lake Yamanaka covers an area of about 6.57 square kilometers and is about 980.5 meters above sea level. It is located at the third highest point in Japan. The lake is the closest to Mt. Fuji among the “Fuji Five Lakes " and offers beautiful scenery of the four seasons with the majestic Mt.Fuji.
Absolutely beautiful...
It's not as lively as Lake Kawaguchi and the transportation isn't as convenient, but I still prefer the peaceful and relaxing vibe of Lake Yamanaka. -
