The 11-story building houses a variety of facilities, including shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, salons, and halls, making it usable in various scenarios. Located on the third floor is the "Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe."
The interior, matching the exterior's brick color with pink accents, was renewed in 2019 to create an even more comfortable space.
The "Ice Cream Soda," consisting of soda water with vanilla ice cream floating on top, continues the tradition of using soda water and ice cream since the parlor's inception in 1902. It retains the taste from its early days. In addition to the original lemon and orange flavors, seasonal fruit flavors are also introduced.
The menu is filled with visually exciting options like the sparkling fruit parfaits, the adorable "Strawberry Sandwich" with its white and red cross-section, and creatively designed monthly desserts.
