Allpress Espresso Tokyo Roastery & Cafe　

Here is a roastery cafe in a peaceful residential area in Seito Shirakawa. Allpress Espresso is a New Zealand company that roast coffee beans. Tokyo Roastery & Cafe hosts their Japanese Headquarters office, roastery and cafe.

The shop is a renovated lumber store. Behind the glass partition, there is a spacious roastery with a high ceiling where hot air is roasting the beans to be sent to cafes and restaurants all over Japan. In this unique space, you can taste coffee while watching the roaster in action.

The cafe provides the common Oceanian espresso menu such as long black or flat white. For novice customers, long black, espresso diluted with hot water, is recommended. Flat white, decorated with pretty latte art, comes in three layers - espresso, steamed milk and frothy milk. Enjoy the smooth milky flavor.

There is a pleasant line of food menu such as sandwiches for your lunch time. Allpress Espresso Blend and other original blend coffee beans are available for purchase. Pick your favorite as a souvenir.
