The curry soup was inspired by Soto Ayam, an intricate Indonesian dish which is sweet, spicy, and tart with 30 kinds of spices. The vegetables are not toppings but are cooked in the soup to deliver sweetness and rich deliciousness.
The most popular “Hokkeido” is made of generous chicken and Hokkaido vegetables. Chicken and lots of vegetables are simmered carefully to bring out the richness. Those who love spicy dishes order this since there are seven levels of hotness. Would you like to try the extreme heat with “Kokuu” or “Tenkuu”?
