Held every winter at Sanuki Manno Park, Winter Fantasy is a seasonal illumination event that transforms the entire park into a glowing wonderland. The event runs for about 40 days from late November to mid-January, sending the grounds intoa dazzling glow of light.
The 19th edition in 2024 was themed “Starry Trail - A Walk Through the Starry Sky” and featured a grand illumination spanning 32,000 square meters, with 650,000 LED bulbs and spotlights creating breathtaking displays.
Highlights include a full enchantment at every turn, from the towering champagne glass sculpture and illuminated Shoryu Falls to a symbolic Christmas tree, and a sparkling tunnel of light.
The illuminations bring a moment of magic after dark that redefines that park as you know it by day. As an added bonus, there are even art exhibits, workshops, and a Christmas mini-market and more to keep this event as one of the most praised highlights of the season.
