Yume wo Katare Tosu Sohonten

Located in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, Yume wo Katare Tosu Sohonten is a ramen shop founded in 2022 by former comedian Tsuyoshi Nishioka. True to its name, it is also loved as a community for people with dreams, including staff and customers.

It is known for its house-made extra-thick noodles with a firm bite and a rich, punchy broth that stands up to them. The soup blends tonkotsu broth with a rich soy-based sauce, creating a flavor that suits the Kyushu palate. The signature ramen is the "Small Ramen." This hearty bowl comes with 200g of noodles plus generous portions of pork, vegetables, garlic, and pork back fat. The amounts of vegetables, garlic, and pork back fat can be adjusted to your liking.

The restaurant has 28 seats, mainly at tables, making it easy to visit whether you are dining solo or with a group. It is conveniently located along National Route 34, making access by car easy. The blue exterior wall and the illustration painted on it stand out even from the roadside.
