Yakiniku Hidekura

Yakiniku Hidekura is a specialty yakiniku restaurant in Wakura Onsen, Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Since opening in 1997, it has been in business for 28 years. It was also awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Toyama-Ishikawa (Kanazawa) 2016 Special Edition.

The signature menu item is Noto beef, carefully selected and purchased by the owner himself. The restaurant buys whole head of high-quality branded Noto beef graded A4 or higher and serves it at reasonable prices. One of its biggest draws is the wide variety available, from standard cuts like kalbi and harami to rare cuts produced in limited quantities. There is also a wide selection of horumon dishes. These are prepared with the restaurant’s own processing methods to make them tender. At lunch, set meals featuring Noto beef and locally grown pesticide-free vegetables are available. All menu items focus mainly on regional ingredients. The restaurant is also particular about making its own sauces for yakiniku, kimchi, namul, and dressings.

The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere with jazz playing in the background. It also offers a wide selection of alcohol, including an extensive wine list and whiskey. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy pairing drinks with Noto beef.
