Shizuoka Isetan

Located in Gofukucho in central Shizuoka City, this long-established department store opened in 1977 and is one of the prefecture’s leading retail landmarks. Its floors, from the basement first floor to the 8th floor above ground, feature a wide variety of shops, including Japanese and international fashion brands, lifestyle goods, cosmetics, and gourmet food.

The cosmetics floor on the first floor, built around the concept of “making all women beautiful, regardless of age,” features Approx. 20 brands. The food floor on the basement first floor offers a foods market with fresh produce, as well as sections such as “Oishii Furusato Mura,” lined with famous Shizuoka sweets and local specialties, and the “Food Stage,” featuring limited-time flavors, all showcasing carefully selected items chosen by expert buyers.

There are also dedicated floors for categories such as women’s accessories and apparel, men’s clothing, home goods, kimono, jewelry and art, and baby and children’s wear, covering a wide range of everyday lifestyle needs. On the upper floors, you’ll find Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants along with cafes, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal during a shopping break.
