Founded in 1982, Fruit Ohno is a long-established fruit shop in Miyazaki City. The store relocated in 2024, and its second floor is home to a fruit parlor where you can enjoy dishes made with seasonal fruit.

The menu features Miyazaki-grown fruit such as mangoes, lychees, and Hyuganatsu citrus, along with carefully selected seasonal fruit from across Japan. There is a wide variety of parfaits, including the most popular fruit parfait and a tropical parfait made with more than 20 kinds of fruit. If you visit Miyazaki, the mango parfait is a must-try, especially from April to July when fresh mangoes are used. The seasonal fruit platter, which lets you enjoy many kinds of fruit at once, and fruit cocktails that highlight the natural flavor of the fruit are also popular.

Located near Nishitachibana Street, a nightlife district fondly known as “Nishitachi,” the shop stays open until 10:00–11:00 pm except on Sundays. Many people stop by to end a night of drinks with a fruit parfait. Items such as fruit sandwiches and cakes are also sold at the fruit shop on the first floor and are available for takeout.
