The brand was originally founded in California, USA, and later gradually gained popularity among coffee lovers around the world. You can sense its commitment to coffee quality and minimalist aesthetics. The simple interior design, paired with natural light, makes you slow down without even realizing it. Besides enjoying the coffee, there are also quite a few limited-edition items, and many visitors come specifically to buy them.

The building’s exterior is sleek and stylish, and the interior feels open and bright. But the overall atmosphere is a bit hard to warm up to, lacking some of the comfort and relaxed feel you’d expect from a coffee shop. It felt like the kind of photo-op spot that you only need to visit once.

This is the very first Blue Bottle Coffee shop in Japan. I'm not super picky about coffee, but I still had to come check it out!

The coffee is delicious, and the desserts are spot on too!

There's a dedicated hand-drip coffee bar here, so you can watch the baristas brew your coffee right in front of you. You can also ask them anything about coffee—if you speak the language, that is! 😄 Plus, ordering is done with table service, and the staff all seem carefully selected—they're great in every way. This kind of special service isn't offered at other locations.

The industrial-style building is super stylish, and the whole place feels like a neatly organized warehouse. The high ceilings make it feel really open, not cramped at all. There aren't a lot of seats, so you might have to wait in line. Everyone keeps their voices down, so it's really comfortable inside.
