Dashi-ya Roan, Umeda Sky Building
An udon restaurant located in Taki-mi Koji on the basement level of the Umeda Sky Building, known for its carefully crafted dashi and house-made thin noodles.
In the restaurant alley of the Omeda Sky Building, we went around at least 3 times to choose a restaurant to suit our needs. One of us is a meat-eater, one eats poultry, and I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. We came upon Dashiya Namian. We were seated and had 3 aluminum water glasses. Loved that, they stayed chilled while we waited for our beers. Our food was delicious and plentiful.
