Naminooto Sake Brewery
Naminooto Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery that is dedicated to the art of sake production with a focus on promoting “relaxation upon drinking”. Established in 1805, this long standing sake brewery has been crafting sake in the southwestern region of Lake Biwa for over two centuries.
It's as refreshing as a white wine—goes perfectly with Japanese cuisine!

Minute walk from Ishikawa’s front gate, JR Kanazawa Station, will get you to this steak house. Besides grilling on the iron plate slowly at a low temperature to preserve the original deliciousness of Wagyu (Teppanyaki), broiling technique over firewood (Aburiyaki) is also adopted.
They use firewood grilling here, which really brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients in their teppanyaki.

This French restaurant is housed in an atmospheric Western-style mansion that was built as a private residence before World War II. The exterior is in the Tudor style, and Art Deco features can be seen here and there inside the building, making the entire space look like a museum.
