I love buying all kinds of seasonings in Japan. Every trip to the supermarket feels like a treasure hunt, and whenever I see something I haven't tried, I can't resist bringing it home! This S&B Premium Wasabi Paste is made with 100% Japanese wasabi. The tube is convenient and easy to store, and as soon as you open it, you can smell the naturally fresh wasabi aroma.

It's great with sashimi, sushi, grilled meat, or soba noodles. The flavor isn't as one-dimensional as regular wasabi, and the aroma is more delicate, giving it a luxurious feel. Japanese supermarkets really have so many hidden-treasure seasonings that I quietly fill my suitcase with them on every trip.
