Tokyo Disneyland was a place I had been looking forward to visiting for a long time. The moment I entered the park and saw the familiar castle and all the Disney elements, it really felt like stepping into a fairy-tale world. Every corner of the park is great for photos, and the rides, exciting shows, and interactions with favorite characters kept the entire day full of surprises. Although I was a little tired after walking all day, seeing the magical castle and the beautiful nighttime scenery made it all worthwhile. After experiencing it in person, it felt like more than just having fun—it was a day of rediscovering my inner child and left me with very happy and unforgettable travel memories.

Kaichu Road (Okinawa)
Connecting the Katsuren Peninsula on Okinawa’s main island to Henza Island, Kaichu Road is a roughly 5-kilometer toll-free roadway that offers one of the most exhilarating drives in Okinawa. Despite its name, which means “undersea road,” the route is actually built atop a causeway through shallow coastal waters. With stunning views of the cobalt-blue sea stretching out on either side, the drive is a refreshing and unforgettable experience. From Henza Island, bridges extend further to other nearby islands such as Miyagi Island, Hamahiga Island, and Ikei Island-making it a popular scenic driving route.
What I love most about this place is the endless ocean on both sides of the road. The water is a beautiful blue-green color and sparkles in the sunlight. It’s so beautiful that you can’t stop looking! It feels as if you’re driving on the surface of the ocean, and you never get tired of the scenery along the way.
When the weather is nice, the color of the water is even more beautiful, and every photo you take has a vacation feel. It’s also a great place to include on a road trip, so you can take your time enjoying the scenery and Okinawa’s unique, laid-back pace.

KOURI SHRIMP
Located on the southern end of Okinawa’s scenic Kouri Island, the nicknamed “North Shore of Okinawa”, KOURI SHRIMP is a specialty food truck serving Hawaiian-style garlic shrimp, right by the emerald-blue sea.
This place is really popular, and every time I come, I have to wait in line for a while. Although the wait tests your patience a little, once you get the food, it still feels well worth it! The shrimp tastes very fresh and comes with a wonderfully aromatic sauce. Every bite makes you want to keep eating. If you like seafood, you definitely have to give it a try.
The best part is that there’s more than just good food to enjoy here. You can eat your shrimp rice while admiring the beautiful scenery of Kouri Island and soaking up the laid-back island atmosphere. Looking out at the ocean and feeling the pleasant sea breeze makes the whole dining experience especially relaxing.

Don Quijote Dotonbori Store
Known for its late-night hours, quirky shelf displays, and handwritten promotional signs, Don Quijote is a beloved all-in-one discount store. The Dotonbori branch is especially eye-catching thanks to its iconic yellow Ferris wheel attached to the building’s façade-now a well-known landmark along the Dotonbori River in Osaka’s Minami district.
In Osaka’s Dotonbori, you definitely can’t miss the Don Quijote with the Ferris wheel! 🎡 The most eye-catching feature of the Don Quijote Dotonbori Store is the super prominent Ferris wheel on the outside. It’s hard not to notice when you pass by, and it’s also one of Dotonbori’s most distinctive landmarks.
The store has a huge variety of products, from Japanese snacks, cookies, instant noodles, and drinks to cosmetics, skincare products, drugstore items, household goods, and all kinds of souvenirs. You can find almost anything you can think of! But it gets very crowded, so avoid shopping during peak hours!
