Golden Gai is the most iconic part of Kabukicho's culture. The narrow alleys are packed with a nostalgic Japanese vibe. Each bar is pretty small, maybe just four or five tsubo. It's easy to strike up a conversation over drinks, and there are lots of foreigners here trying it out too. Great place to make new friends! 😊

S-PAL Fukushima
S-PAL Fukushima is a popular shopping center directly connected to Fukushima Station’s east exit, serving as a major gateway to the Tohoku region since its opening in 1988. Conveniently linked to both the Tohoku Shinkansen and local JR lines, it attracts both locals and tourists alike.
It's super convenient to buy Fukushima souvenirs for friends and family here. There are so many options!

Hi-Chew (Grape)
This juicy soft candy was first launched in 1975. From the day its flagship strawberry flavor hit the shelves to the number of different flavors available today, the candies have captured the hearts of adults and children alike. Among them all, the “Grape” flavor is an extra-special hit.
Morinaga HI-CHEW candies come in so many flavors, and they really taste like real fruit! I've loved them since I was a kid, and even now I still buy them sometimes for a bit of nostalgia.
