Sendai Aoba Festival
On the 350th anniversary of Date Masamune’s death, in 1985 the Sendai Aoba Festival began to revitalize the boisterous and proud festival culture of Sendai. It is now considered the three festivals of Sendai, attracting visitors worldwide as a summer favorite.
Each float has performers putting on different shows, and the groups dressed as famous samurai from history really showcase Japanese warrior culture.

Universal Studios Japan
Universal Studios Japan, nicknamed “USJ”, is a large-scale theme park with entertainment for everyone, both children and adults alike. The park is separated into different areas, each with a different theme from popular titles across the world.
Even though the park gets really crowded, especially on holidays, buying a fast pass is a great way to avoid those long lines.

Nagasaki Peace Park
A park spreads on the hill in Matsuyama-town, Nagasaki-city. At 11:02 a.m. on August 9, 1945, the bomb was dropped over this park. This park was established in 1951 to learn about the threat of an atomic bomb, to pray for the souls of victims, and to wish for eternal world peace.
This is the site where the atomic bomb was dropped. Many people bring flowers here and pray for world peace.
