I remember buying this at the shop on the drift ice sightseeing boat in Abashiri and trying it there. From what I remember, it was pretty good.

Tokyo Summerland
This large-scale leisure hub sits in Akiruno City, drawing crowds for its massive outdoor lazy river pool-one of the largest in Japan-and an indoor pool just waiting for you to dive in no matter what the season or weather. Pop over easily from Tokyo Station in just over an hour by train thanks to easy access that keeps this hot spot on the list.
The lazy river pool is super fun! No matter how long you play, it never gets old.

Laza Walk Kai Futaba
Laza Walk Kai Futaba was opened as the first shopping complex in Yamanashi Prefecture under the concept of a “good feeling place.” This commercial complex consists of the supermarket Apita, different specialty stores with all unique items, and some amusement facilities.
On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji from the parking lot.

Fujiya Honten
Kiryu has been known for wheat production and there are many udon restaurants. Fujiya Head restaurant was opened in 1887 and is famous for Himokawa udon, Kiryu’s local food, which is thin and broad noodles anywhere between 5mm and over 15cm-wide.
The wide udon noodles have a great texture, and they taste fantastic with the curry! Highly recommend trying them together.
