A popular Japanese food magazine, “danchu”, runs this diner. They carefully cook the kind of home dishes the Japanese would eat daily. Now, he came up with a new brand in Tokyo - the original Kimurayaki Hyakuryo Anpan. With the traditional baking method,he has developed at Maison Kayser, using generous eggs and Hokkaido butter to make brioche-like dough, he folded sweet bean paste, cream, or other filling of seasonal ingredients into the dough to produce this Japanese - western taste.
