Ramen Tashichi is a ramen shop in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. Known as one of the most famous Sano ramen restaurants, it is located in a residential area Approx. 15 minutes by car from Sano Yakuyoke Daishi. It continues to serve distinctive Sano ramen and is beloved by locals.

The soup has a light flavor made with a broth from chicken bones, pork bones, and dried sardines, combined with a soy sauce seasoning. It pairs perfectly with the springy noodles. The signature dish is “Green Onion Ramen,” topped with so much green onion that you can hardly see the soup. Only green onions harvested that morning by contracted farmers are used. Their fresh flavor and crisp texture make the ramen even more delicious. In summer, seasonal items such as “Hiyashi Chuka” and “Chilled Sano Ramen” are also available.

Autographs from celebrities who have visited are displayed at the entrance, showing just how popular the restaurant is. There are 41 seats in total, including counter seats, tables, and raised tatami seating, so families can enjoy a relaxed meal here.
