Ramen Ogane
An authentic bowl that carries on the classic taste of mainstream Sano ramen.
Ramen Ogane is located in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. The owner trained at Oguraya, a famous Sano ramen shop, and later opened this restaurant under its noren-wake system.
The menu includes only ramen, chashu ramen, gyoza, and drinks. The chashu ramen features a light soup made with domestic vegetables and chicken bones. It comes with medium-thick curly noodles and three large slices of tender house-made chashu. The gyoza are large, weighing Approx. 50 grams each. Packed with plenty of domestic vegetables and wrapped by hand, they are full of flavor. Cold Sesame Ramen, with a tangy sesame sauce that coats the chilled noodles, is available only in summer. Frozen gyoza to take home are also popular.
The restaurant has up to 72 seats, with counter, table, and tatami seating. It features a barrier-free design with no steps from the entrance, making it accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. The accessible restroom is equipped with handrails and a baby bed. There is parking for 20 cars in front of the restaurant and 30 in the back, and wheelchair users can be dropped off right at the front. It is Approx. 7 minutes by car from Sano Station, making it easy to stop by while sightseeing.
