The restaurant’s main ingredient is premium Hida beef. It carefully selects only A5 and A4 grade beef. Its signature approach is the French-inspired cooking method known as braisé & sauté. Steaks gently steamed and seared with aromatic vegetables bring out the rich flavor and tenderness of Hida beef. Another highlight is the wide variety of cuts available, including ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, and chateaubriand.

The calm interior has Approx. 20 table seats. At the front of the restaurant, there is also a corner selling souvenirs and original goods. With sightseeing spots such as Takayama Jinya and the Hida Takayama Retro Museum nearby, it is an easy place to stop by before or after exploring the area.
