Youme Town Izumo
A large shopping center where you can enjoy everything from shopping and movies to amusement all in one place, making it a convenient stop between sightseeing in Izumo.
A large shopping center in downtown Izumo, Approx. 15 minutes by car from Izumo Taisha Shrine. Along with everyday shopping, this multi-use commercial complex offers fashion, dining, movies, and amusement, making it an easy stop between sightseeing spots.
Inside, the complex features a supermarket as well as around 100 specialty stores selling clothing, daily goods, accessories, and more. In addition to MUJI, clothing brands such as UNIQLO and GU also have stores here, so you can enjoy shopping based on what you are looking for.
Along with the T-JOY movie theater, there is also a wide range of amusement facilities. Capsule Lab, a specialty capsule toy shop, has one of the largest numbers of machines in the Sanin region, with gacha from a wide variety of genres. Yume Circus is also one of the largest amusement spaces in the region, featuring more than 250 claw machines across 100 types, as well as a diverse lineup of medal games. Some of the medal games include machines in one of the largest classes in the world, making them worth checking out as well.
There is also Asobi Oukoku Piikaabuu, a kids’ area featuring the first trampoline activity and giant ball pool in the Sanin region, making it a fun spot for everyone from children to adults.
