CHOCOLATE BANK
An innovative specialty shop exploring the possibilities of cacao.
A specialty chocolate shop that handles everything from cacao cultivation in Colombia to local production of processed chocolate. Because they know cacao inside and out, the shop offers a lineup of original, playful, and unique items. The cacao used here is made from richly aromatic flavor beans selected from the rare Trinitario variety.
At the shop, you’ll find fresh chocolate products available only for that season, made with seasonal ingredients at their peak. The café offers beautifully flavored cakes and dessert breads crafted to bring out chocolate’s rich depth and smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture. Drinks are also plentiful, ranging from chocolate drinks and cacao tea to cacao fruit vinegar drinks. The morning menu, which comes with a cacao shot packed with concentrated cacao components, is also popular, along with meal dishes made with cacao.
