This hot spring facility takes its name from the childhood nickname of Motochika Chosokabe, a military commander from Tosa. It offers a wide variety of baths, including a spacious open-air bath, original ceramic pot baths, and seasonal herbal baths.

The open-air bath, one of the largest in Kochi Prefecture, features multiple natural hot spring tubs at different temperatures, along with a seasonal herbal bath whose contents change with the time of year. If you want to enjoy the hot spring at your own pace, the original ceramic pot bath is a great choice. The landscaping has also been carefully designed, and with its spacious layout and wide-open sky above, the bath area feels wonderfully open at any time of day.

The indoor bath area includes natural hot spring tubs and a high-concentration artificial carbonated bath. Around 12 types of showerheads are available, including ReFa and Mirable, so you are sure to find a favorite. The facility also pays special attention to amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and even hair dryers.
In addition, the men's bath area includes a far-infrared high-temperature sauna and a steam ceramic pot bath, while the women's bath area features a far-infrared sauna, a ceramic pot bath, a salt sauna that is expected to help improve skin texture, and a women-only bedrock bath facility (extra charge), making it possible to enjoy a fully refreshing experience alongside the hot spring.

There is also a dining area that focuses on locally sourced ingredients, as well as a free relaxation area with a women-only section where you can enjoy over 8,000 manga volumes and magazines, making it easy to unwind both body and mind.
