It also inherits the spirit of Riemon Tsuji, who contributed to the development of Uji tea in the late Edo period, around the 1850s to 1860s.
In addition to selling Uji tea, the shop also features a tea salon where you can enjoy matcha sweets. Its stone-milled matcha is known for its rich aroma, mellow sweetness, and elegant bitterness.
