Fujikawa Service Area
A scenic service area overlooking Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay.
Fujikawa Service Area is located on the E1 Tomei Expressway in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Known for its views of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay, Tokyo-bound EXPASA Fujikawa is also promoted as a service area with views of Mt. Fuji.
The Tokyo-bound side features the Fuji Sky View Ferris wheel, which offers panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay at the same time. At the food court, 日近商店 serves seafood rice bowls made with seafood delivered directly from Yui Fishing Port, as well as tuna cutlet burgers. Other restaurants offer soba, udon, set meals, ramen, and more, providing a range of dining options.
The Nagoya-bound side includes らーめん田ぶし, which specializes in seafood-based tonkotsu ramen. Diners can see Mt. Fuji from the food court, along with nighttime views after dark. Both sides have 24-hour convenience stores and useful facilities for travelers, including baby care rooms.
