I love their wonton noodles and ramen—both are really tasty.

Ganso Shiodaifuku Mizuno
Located within Sugamo Jizo-dori, this Japanese confectionery shop has been in business since 1937. Following the previous generation's wish to create a specialty product and invigorate the town, "Shio Daifuku" was developed after much experimentation and launched in 1963. It has gained fans over the years, becoming a beloved signature item of Sugamo.
Usually, mochi in Japan is super sweet, but this was my first time trying a salty one. It goes perfectly with 'ocha' (tea)!

Daikokuya Tempura
First established in 1887, this tendon (rice bowl topped with tempura) restaurant is a noted dining spot in Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s major areas for eating tendon.
After shopping, I came here for a meal. The food was tasty and the owner was super friendly.

Saru Kani Gassen
This furikake is made with the luxe, high-quality flavor of seasoned nori that could only come from a nori merchant. If you sprinkle it on to white rice, you won’t need any side dishes to enjoy your rice.
Super convenient for kids to eat with rice.
