The broth has a rich pork flavor—super intense but not overwhelming. The noodles are on the firmer side, just right with a nice chew. And the chashu? Perfect balance of fat and lean, melts in your mouth. Such a satisfying bowl! This is a classic local ramen spot with tons of character. If you love strong tonkotsu flavors, you have to check this place out!

Tojinbo Shopping Street
Tojinbo, one of the world’s three great scenic wonders, features dramatic rock pillars rising more than 20 meters above the Sea of Japan and stretching for about 1 kilometer. Along the road leading toward the sheer cliffs, a lively shopping street draws crowds of visitors.
As soon as you get to the entrance, you can smell grilled seafood. The smell is so good it literally slows you down.
The grilled jumbo shrimp are really tasty. The price isn’t cheap, but it’s pretty worth it. -
Ryujin Suspension Bridge
The Ryujinkyo Gorge is located in Okukuji Prefectural Nature Park, in Ibaraki prefecture. The “Ryujin Suspension Bridge” is laid atop the Ryujin dam that flows through the Ryujin River within the gorge. This bridge is 375m long, and is one of Japan’s longest pedestrian only suspension bridges.
Even if you're afraid of heights, the views here make it totally worth the walk!

Kenroku-en
Kenroku-en was founded and developed for about 180 years by the Maeda clan lord in Kaga, which is a strolling-style landscape garden and one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan.
Every step brings a new view—turn a corner and there's a different kind of beauty. I never get tired of looking around here.
