The sashimi is lavishly made with tiger pufferfish caught fresh that very morning. Depending on availability, some courses also feature wild tiger pufferfish. Cooking methods and seasonings are kept to a minimum to bring out the fish’s natural umami.

At the entrance, there is a karesansui dry landscape garden that is illuminated at night.
